Nutrition and Supportive Services

Home delivered meals are delivered from 21 nutrition centers to eligible homebound participants. These meals are for participants who meet the definition of “homebound” under the Older Americans Act of 1965, defined as follows: at least 60 years of age, unable to leave their home without the assistance of another person, and have no one in the home during the day to prepare a meal for them.  Title III Nutrition providers make great efforts to serve all those in need of a home-delivered meal.  Unfortunately, there are not enough volunteers to deliver these hot noon meals.  If you are interested in volunteering to deliver meals whether one day, one week, or all month, please contact EODD Area Agency on Aging at (918) 682-7891 or call the Caring Assistance Line, 1-800-211-2116.
